I’ve been driven by this purpose for over 30 years throughout a corporate career that encompasses leadership positions within blue chip corporations, entrepreneurship, an MBA from UC Berkeley and an undergraduate degree from the Wharton Business School. With over 20 years of coaching experience, I’ve helped leaders in Fortune 500 companies deliver transformational change in high-stakes environments and I’ve helped small business leaders close the gap between where they are and where they need to be to scale their business.
I’m a first-generation American born to Romanian immigrant parents, with a unique sense of home. I grew up needing to navigate different cultures, languages and mindsets and lean on those experiences to help my clients feel understood, challenged and supported.
